Neurodiverse Hospitality: Exploring employment and neurodiversity within the international hospitality and tourism industry

A student from Auckland University of Technology is conducting a survey for their thesis ‘Neurodiverse Hospitality: Exploring Employment Engagement and Neurodiversity within the International Hospitality and Tourism Industry‘.

This research aims to understand the experiences of neurodiverse employees and managers within the hospitality and tourism industry. The researchers are interested in learning about your perspectives on employment, challenges and opportunities within the industry.

The researchers are asking for those who have worked in the hospitality and tourism industry, either as a neurodiverse employee or as a manager, to complete the survey, which will provide insights and raise awareness of the important topic.

To view the survey, visit the Auckland University of Technology website.
