The Macquarie ADHD Parent Support Group is supporting the ADHD Foundation to host a special presentation for parents of teens with ADHD.
Speaker Evening Topic is: “Demystifying the ADHD Adolescent Brain”
Thursday evening, 24th October, 2019
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00 pm
SPEAKER: Jennifer Coyne-O’Brien, qualified ADHD Coach.
How to communicate, support and scaffold through this challenging and fascinating stage of development, towards gradual independence.
Diagnosed later in life herself, and the parent of a now young adult with ADHD, Jennifer is passionate about sharing research-based knowledge, practical experience, and strategies suited to the ADHD brain. She aims to provide you with valuable and practical information, to help you navigate the ‘ups and downs’ of this stage with greater clarity, understanding and confidence.
