In place of our popular traditional ADHD Awareness Afternoons, during the pandemic, ADDults with ADHD is running innovative, new ADHD Online Events and services that continue to provide information and support for our members and the community.
Don’t miss this special ONLINE PANEL DISCUSSION with several adult members of our ADHD community on SATURDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER.
You’re invited to:
– Hear the panel share their own ADHD journeys
– Learn how they have managed to stay on top and
– How they have harnessed ADHDs benefits to lead a happy, healthier and fulfilled life.
Discover strategies they have adopted to help them through COVID, particularly around staying on top of work, health and family commitments while in restrictions, when lines become blurred and priorities juggled under one roof.
Attendees will be able to submit questions to them on the day.
