ADHD in the Spotlight: ‘Tell Me What You Really Think’ on SBS
ADHD takes centre stage in the premiere episode of Tell Me What You Really Think - a bold new SBS series hosted by Marc Fennell.
Tell Me What You Really Think is a bold new series on SBS. Each week, Marc Fennell brings together five Australians for an honest dinner table conversation about some of today’s most misunderstood health issues.
In a fitting contribution to ADHD Awareness Month, the first episode tackles ADHD - dismantling myths, exploring late diagnosis, and asking the question many are wondering: does everyone have ADHD now? (Sigh).
Among the guests is our own Andrew Thompson, a Director of ADHD Australia, who joins a diverse panel including Alone Australia winner Krzysztof Wojtkowski, true-crime podcaster Emily Webb, clinical psychologist Daniel Jones and Noongar justice reform advocate Rocket Bretherton.
The conversation is raw, funny, and deeply human - a reminder that behind the labels are real lives, real challenges and real strengths.
“We got so involved and animated that we forgot we were in a TV studio and we've ended up having a group therapy session on national television,” says Andrew.
Now that sounds unmissable!
