Around one in twenty Australians live with ADHD, and ADHDA is committed to enabling them to reach their full potential at every stage of life. We achieve this through advocacy, support, education, evidence-based research, and ongoing work to support early intervention, the removal of barriers and reduced ADHD-related stigma.
Position Overview
The voluntary position of IT Manager, ADHD Australia Ltd is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the support of Volunteers within ADHD Australia. With volunteers located throughout Australia and working at different times of day, access to safe, secure, and efficient IT systems is integral to the daily operations of the organisation.
This volunteer role requires time commitment of 2 hours per week as far as possible.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Management of all MS365 accounts, including their creation, deletion, and access management.
- Provision of IT onboarding to new volunteers, including training regarding MS365, Sharepoint, Teams, and Slack
- Management of Sharepoint and provision of access to Volunteers
- Management of all account login information via our Password management software (Bitwarden)
- Management of Not-For-Profit regulatory obligations and certifications
- Work closely with the Quality and Risk and Cybersecurity teams on all IT-related matters on the risk register
- Provide assistance to volunteers on IT issues as needed, ensuring that Helpdesk queries are responded to within 48 hours
- Management of software licenses - ensuring licenses are provided to the most appropriately suited Volunteers and these are monitored on an ongoing basis
- Assistance with IT budget management
Experience – Essential
- Demonstrated experience in the management of multiple users including onboarding and offboarding in MS365
- Demonstrated experience in providing training to users across a range of software, with a range of literacy in this software
- Experienced in using and managing access to Sharepoint
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
- Providing assistance to Volunteers on IT issues in a Helpdesk capacity
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in IT - Essential
- ITIL 4 - Desirable
- MS365 Certification - Desirable
