Melissa Webster is a proud neurodivergent leader and a nationally respected executive in the health and disability sector. With over 25 years of experience driving systemic change, Melissa is known for her unwavering commitment to human rights, social inclusion, and equity.

As CEO of ADHD Australia, Melissa brings visionary leadership and a deep understanding of the lived experience of neurodivergence. She champions ethical governance, transparency, and continuous improvement, embedding these values into every aspect of the organisation’s culture.

Melissa’s career has been defined by her advocacy for marginalised communities, her strategic influence in policy reform, and her ability to build inclusive systems that empower individuals and families.
